How it works
Three steps, and only the first one is yours.

Tell it what you want
Add keywords in Discord or on the dashboard. Matching is whole-word, so “L” never catches “XL”. Put a minus in front of anything you want left out, and narrow it by size, colour or price.

It keeps watch
Every store is checked every five seconds, around the clock. New products and restocks are spotted by comparing each check with the one before it, variant by variant.

You get the ping
A Discord alert with the variants, prices, pictures and direct cart links. If you have a checkout profile linked, a Cybersole task is created for you on the spot.

Everything below exists because a missed restock or a wasted checkout cost someone something.
Only what you asked for
Filter by the exact variant or a price ceiling. If a restock only brings back the sizes you don’t want, you aren’t pinged for it. Per-store blocklists keep raffles, gift cards and pickup-only listings out of the feed.
Checkout, already started
Tasks are created in Cybersole the moment a match lands, without waiting on Discord. Built-in limits stop a listing that flickers in and out of stock from firing hundreds of attempts.
A dashboard that’s yours
Your keywords, your checkouts, and a month of restock history with pictures. Start a temporary task on anything you see there, and it removes itself when it’s done.

Every alert carries a sold-listings search on eBay, so you know what something goes for before you decide how many to buy.

Questions
How do I join?
PokeFoundry is invite-only for now. Members join the PokeFoundry Discord server through a personal invite, and there’s no public sign-up yet. If you’ve been invited, sign in with the Discord account you joined with.
Do I need Cybersole?
No. Alerts work on their own. Automatic checkout tasks need a Cybersole checkout profile linked to your Discord account. Ask in Discord to set one up.
What can PokeFoundry see from my Discord account?
Your Discord ID, username, display name and avatar, and which roles you hold in the PokeFoundry server. Never your password, your email, your messages or your other servers. The privacy policy has the full list.
Can someone else change my keywords or tasks?
Other members can’t. Every keyword and checkout task belongs to the account that created it. Support staff can view yours to help you, only the server’s admins and moderators can change it, and every change is written to an activity log.
How fast are the alerts?
Each store is checked every five seconds. A checkout task never waits on Discord: if alerts are being rate-limited, the task is still created straight away.
Can I suggest a store?
Yes. Suggest it in Discord or on the dashboard. PokeFoundry confirms the store is a working Shopify storefront before it’s reviewed and added.
