PokeFoundryThe short version. PokeFoundry tells you when things come back in stock and can start a checkout for you. It can’t promise you’ll get the item. You’re responsible for what’s bought on your profile. Don’t abuse the service or resell access to it.
Agreeing to these terms
By using PokeFoundry, including this website, the dashboard, the Discord bot and its alerts, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What the service does
PokeFoundry monitors public product listings on independent Shopify stores. It sends alerts in Discord when products appear or come back in stock, and can create checkout tasks in Cybersole for members who have a checkout profile linked.
Stores change their websites, limit traffic, or go offline. Alerts may be delayed, missed or occasionally wrong, and a checkout task may fail or be refused. We don’t guarantee that any alert will arrive, or that any purchase will succeed.
Your account
- You sign in with Discord and must follow Discord’s terms of service.
- Your access depends on your membership and roles in the PokeFoundry Discord server. Leaving the server, or losing a role, can end your access.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Checkout tasks and purchases
- Tasks created for your keywords use your own checkout profile. Every purchase made on your profile is yours, including its price, shipping, taxes, and any returns or disputes with the store.
- Make sure your keywords, variants, prices and quantities are what you want before switching a keyword on. A keyword marked permanent keeps creating tasks until you switch it off.
- Stores set their own limits and terms. They may cancel orders, including orders placed with checkout software. We aren’t responsible for a store’s decisions.
- We may limit how many tasks a keyword creates, pause tasks, or refuse a keyword, to protect you, the stores, or the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell or republish alerts or access to the service outside the PokeFoundry server without our permission;
- try to get into accounts, keywords, tasks or data that aren’t yours, or test the service’s security except as allowed on the security page;
- overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, the dashboard or the bot;
- use the service to break the law or a store’s terms in a way that harms others.
Other services
PokeFoundry relies on Discord, Cybersole, Cloudflare, GitHub, eBay search links and the stores themselves. Each has its own terms, and we don’t control them. PokeFoundry isn’t affiliated with Shopify, Discord, Cybersole, eBay, or any store we monitor.
Changes and ending access
We may change, pause or stop any part of the service, and may update these terms. We’ll announce significant changes in the Discord server. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time, and can ask for your data to be deleted as described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PokeFoundry and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or missed purchases, arising from your use of the service or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.
